Are you passionate about sustainable food systems, social innovation, and hands-on learning?
The Botildenborg Internship in Social Farming is now open for applications!
At Botildenborg – a prize-winning meeting place and urban farm in Malmö – we use food and farming as tools for social change. Our 7000m² urban farm brings together children, community members, and future changemakers to grow food, build bridges, and create a more sustainable world.
Through this experiential program, interns gain real-life experience in urban farming and social gardening practices while contributing to projects aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
You will learn everything from bio-intensive farming and permaculture design to running workshops, supporting social initiatives, and engaging in local food entrepreneurship.
- Program period: March–November
- Minimum duration: 2 months (full-time)
- Included: Work clothes & daily lunch from our kitchen that cooks with fresh harvest from the farm
If you’re ready to get your hands in the soil and be part of meaningful change, apply now and join us in cultivating a better future one seed at a time!
"Botildenborg is a welcoming and open place full of lovely, diverse, and caring people with great expertise. I’ve learned not only a lot about growing veggies, microgreens, or mushrooms but also about community, cooperation, and culture in Sweden and beyond."
– Marie-Lisa Feller, former intern fom Lübeck, Germany
